At Very Wine we handle your data with the same care we use to choose our hosts. Here is what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

Who is responsible

Very Wine, based in Barcelona. You can write to us any time at hola@very-wine.com.

What we collect

• If you sign up for the launch alert: your email address.
• If you are a host and write to us: the name of your project, your name, the area, phone, email and whatever you tell us.

We collect nothing else, and we use no tracking or advertising cookies.

What we use it for

• To tell you when we open and send you information about our experiences, if you ticked the consent box.
• To get back to you if you write from the hosts page.

The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe. If three years pass without you engaging with our emails, we delete it.

Who we share it with

With nobody, except the technical providers we need to run the site (hosting and email tool), which process the data on our behalf and under contract. We never sell or pass on your data.

Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, delete it, object to its processing, restrict its use or ask for it in a portable format. Just write to hola@very-wine.com. You can also unsubscribe with one click from any of our emails.

If you believe we have not done things properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
